PennDOT is already advancing several projects along the I-81 corridor in South Central PA. To learn more, simply select an icon on the map below for details.

Project Team

The corridor Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), PennDOT District 8-0, PennDOT Central Office and the Federal Highway Administration collaborated in developing a Project Management Committee to meet regularly and provide guidance on the playbook development process.

The mission of the TCRPC is to foster the long-term livability and vitality of our communities, counties and region.

Harrisburg Area Transit Study (HATS) MPO

HATS serves 103 municipalities in all, covering almost 1,700 square miles in South Central Pennsylvania, including Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry Counties.
